Chef Laura Vandewart is the Founder and Chef of Fancy Made Easy, Inc. A New York native residing in Manhattan’s Financial District Laura draws much of her inspiration from the revitalization of this iconic neighborhood. She is classically French trained by the prestigious International Culinary Center where she learned time-honored techniques that paved the foundation on which she constructs inherently novel compositions. Laura is an intrinsically gracious host who delights in fashioning the ultimate experience for her guests. With a flair for the creative her sumptuous cuisine is forever harmonized with signature cocktails, alluring floral arrangements, and exquisite table settings. Yielding swanky and seemingly complex results while radiating such poise, friends and family would always remark that she has a propensity for making fancy seem so easy. It is this notion that planted the seeds on which the company has blossomed.
